Stacks
Stacks
Share reports and dashboards with the people who need them.
A stack is a shared space for published work. When a report or dashboard is ready, publish it to a stack, and everyone in that stack can open it, filter it and dig into it. Stacks keep the reports your team relies on organized and in one place.

A published report open in a stack. Your stacks are listed on the left.
Find a Stack
Open Stacks from the left rail.
Use Search stacks to find a stack by name.
Use the All stacks menu to narrow the list.
Each stack card shows how many members it has, how many reports it holds and how recently it changed. Expand a stack to see its reports, along with who published each one.
Open a Report
Select a report to open it. A published report includes:
The title, with Published by showing who published it and when.
Tabs across the top for separate views of the same report.
Filters that apply to the figures in the current view, such as Division or Priority.
Figures, including KPI cards, charts and tables. Each figure has an ID, such as FIG-001, so everyone can refer to the same number.
Viewing now, which shows how many people have the report open right now.
Use the actions above the report to refresh the data and work with the report.
Publish to a Stack
When a dashboard is ready, publish it to a stack. Everyone in the stack can then open it.
Dashboards published to a stack carry their own copy of the table data, so readers always see the same rows you published.
Replace a Published Report
You can update a published report in place, rather than publishing a second copy alongside it.
Make your changes on your own dashboard.
Publish, and choose to replace the existing report.
The report's content, filters and title are all updated. It keeps its original link, so anything you have already shared keeps working and readers do not need a new address. Replacing is offered to the person who owns the report. Everyone else publishes as new.
If the dashboard is already in that stack, the publish dialog tells you and offers to open it, so you can replace it with your newer version.
Clone a Published Report
When someone publishes a report to a stack you belong to, and you also have access to the data behind it, you can take your own copy.
The copy is a live dashboard of your own that you can edit with the assistant. It is fully separate from the original, so your changes never affect the published version. Cloning is offered only to people who already have access to the underlying data. If your access is to the report alone, no clone option appears.
See Who Is Viewing
The Viewers panel on a published report is open to the person who published it and to workspace owners and admins.
See who is reading the report right now, and how long each person has been there.
See which filters each person has applied.
Review recent sessions and filter changes, so you can tell how the report has been used over the past hour, not just at this moment.
Work With Tables
Tables on a dashboard are built for large results.
Scroll continuously through thousands of rows without waiting for the full set to load.
Sort by any column, or filter within a column.
Show numbers as currency or percentages, and hide columns you do not need.
Add an in-cell bar to numeric columns to show the relative size of each value at a glance.
Download any table as an Excel workbook or a Parquet file.
Dig Into Any Figure
Hover over any figure to see the query behind it, its value, the filters in effect and any caveats. Select Dig into this figure to open a new question with that figure's full context attached, and the assistant checks the number against the underlying data and explains what stands out.

Every figure shows the query behind it.
Digging in is available to anyone with access to the underlying data. Readers of a published report can still see the query details behind each figure.
Tip: Keep each stack focused. A handful of trusted reports beats a long list nobody checks. Before you redesign a report, check who is viewing it.
